Complete Oncology Electronic Medical
Record (EMR)
The core component of ARIA Standard is the patient Medical
Record
This complete oncology electronic health record (EHR) supports
and manages all the procedures performed in your department
such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, brachytherapy and surgery.
Medical
Record is an efficient and powerful tool for documenting the
patient medical record from admission, diagnosis (ICD10),
staging (TNM criteria) through planning, treatment delivery
to post-treatment follow-up.
ARIA™ Standard accesses multiple software applications and
equipments to gather all the patient information and images
into a unique patient record which is immediately and accurately
available whenever and wherever you are. Real-time access
to the most recent and precise data, allows you to safely
monitor the patient treatment and make informed decision to
provide effective treatment.
A summary page outlines the patient treatment status, including
concomitant treatments.
Medical Record is the foundation to easily build your paperless
patient record and provides you the complete picture of the
patient treatment.
Planning module is a flexible and easy-to-use
solution to simply create, centralize and manage appointments
and tasks of the patient and available resources of your department
from one single screen.
Accessible from any area of the applications, Planning efficiently
coordinates every phases of the patient treatment, automates
repetitive tasks and efficiently manages your resources to
provide accurate treatment.
Planning is configurable to your own settings to implement
the own workflow, adapt to your clinical environment and provides
a rich features set (color codes, granularity, agenda layouts,
multi-resources agenda, internal mail, …) to work the way
you do.
With Planning, you reduce time consuming administrative tasks,
customize your clinical workflow, ensure greater effectiveness
and efficiency within your practice and provide both patient
and staff satisfaction.
More than radiotherapy and medical oncology, users can document
other treatment modalities performed in the practice, with
Procedures Manager.
Procedures Manager provides a comprehensive picture of the
patient treatment.
• Brachytherapy: allows record of all treatment planning parameters
required for the delivery of low dose rate, high dose rate
or pulsed technique.
• Surgical Oncology: displays surgery description, surgery
codes (based on the WOS codification) and surgeon identification
(name and ID number)
• Additional Medical information: provides pertinent screening
information.
To ease automatic generation of letters and effectively manage
administrative tasks, Mail helps you to quickly
and accurately record patient assessment notes, edit documents
and keep those attached to the patient encounter.
Mail eliminates time consuming transcription, reduce redundant
tasks and allow you to perform daily administrative tasks
faster and more efficiently.
Users can also take advantage of Microsoft® Word
to create templates, which are familiar to the staff and easily
format the content of the document to lead you to an electronic
environment.
ARIA™ Standard offers statistical analysis tools
to measure your productivity and Return On Investment (ROI).
