Radiotherapy
The electronic way to incorporate medical information related
to the treatment and streamline the planning process is to
use RT Manager.
Prescription and treatment plan are either defined on fly
or from a templates library defined by the users to meet the
requirements of your practice.
Treatment plan data (volumes, geometrical fields parameters,
dose data, contribution …) come from various treatment planning
based on RTPConnect or DICOM RT and eventual simple plan editions
can be made.
In addition, pertinent diagnosis or planning images can be
uploaded via DICOM standard to become part of the patient
medical chart.
RT Manager workspace gives you the full picture of the patient
treatment plan, to be reviewed and approved then you are confident
to make the right clinical decision for your patient.
RT Manager connects seamlessly with the treatment platform
to make all the treatment parameters available for the delivery
process.
Chemotherapy
Chemo Manager is designed specifically for
medical oncology treatment.
Users can define and save specific regimens based on their
practice.
Chemo Manager helps you to specify treatment administration
processes, orchestrate cycle appointments and related tasks,
and charged for activities performed. Users can also access
to drug library to verify dose strength, toxicities, forms,
route….
On request, dedicated interfaces to the pharmacy can be developed
as well.
Billing Management
ARIA Standard complies with the French healthcare insurance
regulations and helps administrator and payers to manage accurately
the billing process and support co-payment.
ARIA Standard provides powerful features set to address
the need of both public and private practice. The billing
management workspace
- Supports the Sesam Vitale Card reader to import accurately,
patient demographics, insurance and provider information
into the patient record.
- Collects all charges information into the patient medical
record, at the point of care, for accurate billing
- Allow treatment activities reporting (PMSI)
Calculates and generates invoices, related to the activities
performed in your department, that comply to the regional
regulation
- Submits claims electronically and securely to the insurance
company, to ensure faster reimbursement, eliminate paperwork,
risk of errors.
All administrative tasks such as edition of agreement form,
discharge…are supported by the application.
Customizable Solution
User interface and layout content are tailored to the requirement
of each type of facility, in order to reflect your practice
workflow and increase your efficiency.
