Support & helpdesk
We have a dedicated team composed of 12 Services Engineers
and 4 application specialists, based in your region.
Service and Support
Support team is available to assist you with telephone support
for all software applications (operating systems and database
are not included). In addition, the remote diagnostic mode
allows connection between ARIA Standard and our helpdesk
with remote access to monitor your system performance and
diagnose some problems.
On-site service and support is also available.

Update or upgrade
The remote connection allows us to update and even upgrade
your system.
Backup, Archive and Restoration
Our service engineers are able to assist you in backup, archive
or restoration operations
Training & education
At the time of installation or anytime a refresher training
is requested, we provide customized on-site training to precisely
focus on the needs of each member of your department.
We also provide in-depth education classes at our facility
for those users who have the desire to gain acute knowledge
on specific parts of the OIS (statistics, application configuration,
….).
Professional services
We provide consulting service to analyze your processes, determine
the needs of your cancer care program and optimize the deployment
and configuration of ARIA Standard.
